Mignon Manuale is the perfect companion for the home barista: this entry-level coffee grinder is fast, quiet and – most importantly – easy to use. Mignon Manuale also features Eureka’s patented Stepless Micrometric Regulation System and ACE System allow you to create the correct grind for different brews: espresso, drip, French Press, Turkish and Moka.

Mignon Manuale comes with a 300-gram bean hopper and 50mm flat burrs. Available in matte black.

ACE System: Anti-Clumps & ElectrostaticityThe ACE System is featured in every Eureka on-demand grinder which prevents clumps from forming and eliminating the electrostatic charge of ground coffee. Its regulating action over the coffee outflow ensures dose consistency and incomparable cleanliness.

Stepless Micrometric Regulation SystemPatented by Eureka, the Stepless Micrometric Regulation System ensures precise grinding performance and carries out maintenance operations without losing the grinding setting. The Micrometric System has infinite adjustment points and is the only one based on the lower burr repositioning.
